Key Responsibilities:
- Work independently and take ownership of the quality of product releases
- Maintain overall quality standards and enable streamline the delivery process
- Ensure the expected level of quality is consistently maintained in releases
- Ensure all formal test activities are performed and properly recorded
- Emphasize and promote out of the box thinking during test activities
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or an equivalent qualification
- 7+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (2+ years in a QA Lead role)
- Very good knowledge of automated testing and tools (e.g:- Selenium, Jenkins)
- Create detailed, carefully thought, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Perform comprehensive functional and regression testing to identify edge cases
- Identify, and track defects/work with the development team to resolve defects
- Good knowledge of Software QA methodologies, tools, best practices/standards
- Excellent communication/presentation skills in English (both verbal and written)
