Key Responsibilities:

  • Work independently and take ownership of the quality of product releases
  • Maintain overall quality standards and enable streamline the delivery process
  • Ensure the expected level of quality is consistently maintained in releases
  • Ensure all formal test activities are performed and properly recorded
  • Emphasize and promote out of the box thinking during test activities

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or an equivalent qualification
  • 7+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (2+ years in a QA Lead role)
  • Very good knowledge of automated testing and tools (e.g:- Selenium, Jenkins)
  • Create detailed, carefully thought, and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Perform comprehensive functional and regression testing to identify edge cases
  • Identify, and track defects/work with the development team to resolve defects
  • Good knowledge of Software QA methodologies, tools, best practices/standards
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills in English (both verbal and written)
