About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Executive with a passion for tourism in Sri Lanka to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the travel industry, with a focus on establishing and nurturing relationships with experience vendors across Sri Lanka. This role aims to onboard diverse experience providers to our platform, ensuring a comprehensive range of offerings for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Onboarding: Identify, approach, and onboard experience/ excursion vendors, ensuring a diverse range of offerings on our platform.  
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to foster loyalty and long-term collaboration.  
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential opportunities for growth.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets related to vendor onboarding.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to vendors on how to effectively use the platform.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from partners to inform platform improvements and address any issues promptly.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in sales within the travel industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Network: Established connections with experience/excursion vendors in Sri Lanka.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil will be an added advantage).
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Tech Competence: Comfortable using digital platforms and tools relevant to the travel industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
