About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager – IFS to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for positioning Creative Software as the trusted partner for comprehensive IFS services, promoting our expertise and the value we bring to clients. You will lead efforts to build strong partner relationships, drive sales growth, and ensure operational success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ERP sales, with a deep understanding of enterprise solutions such as IFS, Acumatica, and SAP Business One.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pitching Creative Software’s IFS Expertise: Serve as the lead ambassador for Creative Software, presenting our team of seasoned professionals as the ideal partner for IFS services that drive business efficiency and performance optimization.
  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Development: Identify and generate high-quality leads while developing a robust sales pipeline focused on IFS opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with clients and partners, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and continuous engagement with Creative Software's services.
  • Sales Operations Optimization: Enhance sales processes to maximize operational efficiency, ensuring seamless client interactions and a streamlined sales experience.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to devise effective sales strategies tailored to IFS solutions.
  • Achievement of Sales Targets: Consistently meet or surpass sales targets, contributing directly to the growth and success of Creative Software.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional value to clients.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in ERP sales, with specific expertise in IFS, Acumatica, or SAP Business One.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while effectively managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey Creative Software’s value proposition in IFS services.
